MI Redmi Note 3 existing MI account issue

My fried bought used RedMI note 3. He has to reset and now asking for existing MI account and he does not know.
Any possibility to by pass or ........

How did he Buy it once he had this bypass enabled ?

No No. He is good guy. He can't even think about stealing. Only problem he does not know much about these issues like account lock. Simple guy...

When he bought it was okay... Kept using for days... he made pattern lock and then forgot. so he went to shop and they reset it. After resetting this window came and now stuck here...

Can I have help now?
