The email ID we have used. Hotmail not accepting it. Says doesn't exist this account. Rather it is written on a notebook and also shown in recovery email. :(

You have two options. I am replying from mobile so can't be much thorough.
Option 1 : you may register the same hotmail account which hotmail says doesn't exist , after you register it you can later ask for a Facebook reset code and get the reset code .
Option 2 : if option one doesn't work for some reason your should see options available at Facebook.com/hacked it will help you gain access of your own account.
I think option one will get you done.
